Tips for disassembling garden machinery
During maintenance, machinery often needs to be disassembled and installed. However, due to the variety of types, brands and different structures of garden machinery, it is easy to damage the machinery if it is disassembled and installed randomly. Therefore, both removal and installation must be carried out in strict accordance with the regulations.
According to the different structures of garden machinery, the operation procedures shall be considered in advance to avoid inversion. The disassembly shall be carried out from outside to inside and from top to bottom. Special tools shall be used during operation, and hammering directly on parts is prohibited. To find out the loosening direction of the parts, the precision parts should be carefully operated. For example, the long shaft parts of the screw rod must be lifted with ropes and wrapped with cloth to prevent bending, deformation and damage. The removed parts and components shall be placed on the wooden frame, wooden box or part plate in turn as required, and shall not be placed on the ground to prevent damage and corrosion. The removed parts shall be sleeved together according to the original structure as far as possible, such as shaft, gear, screw, gasket, locating pin, etc. For parts that are processed in complete sets or cannot be exchanged, mark them before disassembly and string them with ropes to avoid confusion, such as gear sets, valves and valve seats, oil pipe joints, etc., and the parts on the valves should be plugged in the original valve body. Parts that can still be used without repair shall not be disassembled or placed in disorder, such as splines and gears, shafts and bearings. To facilitate the inspection of parts, the removed parts shall be cleaned as necessary, and then coated with engine oil to prevent corrosion.
The installation of garden machinery shall be carried out from inside to outside and from top to bottom in the principle of not affecting the next process. During operation, important and complex parts shall be checked repeatedly to avoid wrong installation or missing installation. Be careful not to let dirt enter the parts during installation. During the installation, it shall be checked item by item in strict accordance with the technical requirements. After the machine is assembled, it must be adjusted and commissioned in time.
